Window Well Drain Installation

Window well drains may be necessary for properties with excessive amounts of water runoff. There are a few options available and the 20000 Leaks inspection team will determine the best solution to keep the basement dry. Part of the process is to rework, dig-out the window well to insure proper drainage. Shrouds can be replaced, new gravel installed and box or round drains are placed in the well. These drains are used to capture the water similar to a stairwell drain and are connected to the subgrade waterproofing system and pumped out of the well. The base of the window well can also be sealed with concrete after the drain is installed. Again, our installations include only professional grade approved materials.
