Had a significant amount of water leaking into the basement through a crack in the block foundation right before the holiday. They were on the same page and made sure I was informed every step of the way. I called on a Wednesday and the work was completed that same Friday. We even had a significant amount of rain a few days later and I woke up to a message from Karen making sure everything was holding up. Start to finish, this was a great experience.
